Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Thompson Nashville was a mixed bag. I appreciated the beautiful views and chic decor in the room, but the service left something to be desired. There were notable inconsistencies, especially with the staff's attentiveness and overall responsiveness, which affected my experience. It’s a decent spot for a getaway, but room for improvement is definitely needed in service.
My stay at the Thompson Nashville was quite nice, especially with the really good hospitality displayed by the staff. They went out of their way to make my wife's and my wedding anniversary celebration special with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. However, I did find some aspects like room amenities lacking a bit. It was luxurious but came at a steep price.
My stay at Thompson Nashville was quite enjoyable, with the beautiful room and really good staff being standout features. However, I did encounter a few minor issues like the pillows being uncomfortable and an occasional hiccup with housekeeping. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and hospitality.
My stay at the Thompson Nashville was a nice one, thanks to the beautiful design and cleanliness of the hotel. However, while the amenities were largely enjoyable, I did find myself wishing for a bit more attention to detail, especially in terms of dining options later in the evening. Overall, the combination of a vibrant neighborhood and really good staff service made the trip worthwhile.
My stay at Thompson Nashville was overall enjoyable, with standout service and a fantastic rooftop bar. however, I did notice some minor wear and tear in the room. The location in the Gulch area is perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions, but I found the storage in the room a bit lacking for a longer visit.
